Order Processing

All GENORA products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters production before being shipped.

  • Processing Time: 2–7 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, such as holidays or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 4–9 business days

International Orders

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–30 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, local postal services, customs processing, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. GENORA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier and our production partner to investigate the issue and provide the most appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or other resolution where applicable.
